Made from alloy steel, the black bench supports up to 660 lbs. Features include back exercises, bench presses, bicep curls, a dip bar, and incline/decline positions. Our take
I was looking for a versatile bench that could handle incline and decline work without breaking the bank. This one fits the bill with its multiple positions and included dip bar. The alloy steel frame feels sturdy, and the 660-lb capacity gives me confidence for heavy presses. The padding is decent, but I wish it were thicker for longer sessions. Assembly took a bit of effort, and the bench is on the heavier side, making it less portable. The dip bar is a nice bonus, but it feels a bit wobbly at times. Overall, a solid bench for the price with good functionality.
