Our take
I got these pink weights for my light aerobics and they’re exactly what I needed for extra calorie burn. They’re super soft against the skin and the oversized Velcro pad is very secure—no slipping during jumping jacks. The 2 lb pair is perfect for adding a bit of challenge to walking or arm circles. However, they are extremely light; anyone used to heavier weights will not feel much. The adjustable feature is limited since the weight is fixed inside the foam. For the price, they work fine for low-impact fitness, but don’t expect them to build muscle.
