About this product
This wireless EMS muscle stimulation belt is designed for training abs, arms, and legs, as well as recovery. It is made from materials like aluminum, HDPE, and nylon. The belt is adjustable and features multiple settings. Suitable for home and commercial use. Color is beige. Includes various features such as padded handles and transport casters, though it's a belt.
Our take
I was curious about EMS training, so I tried this belt. It's convenient being wireless, and the adjustable intensity is nice. However, the list of materials is odd—aluminum and wood for a belt? That seems like copied specs. The belt itself feels cheap, and the electrodes don't always stick well. It provides some muscle stimulation, but I wouldn't rely on it for serious training. For recovery, it's okay, but the price doesn't match the quality. There are better EMS devices out there.
