Our take
I’ve been using these 8 lb ankle weights for my morning walks and light cardio. They feel secure thanks to the double-strap Velcro, and the neoprene fabric is breathable, which prevents irritation. The adjustable weight feature works by adding or removing small sandbags inside—though taking them out is a bit fiddly. The 8 lb pair gives a decent challenge for walking but may not be enough for advanced users. They also fit comfortably around my wrists. The reinforced stitching seems durable so far.
