Our take
I needed some light weights for my step aerobics class, and these 6-pounders work well. The neoprene is breathable and doesn't get too sweaty, and the oversized Velcro pad holds snugly around my ankles. I like that they're made in the US. However, the 'adjustable' label is overblown—the weight isn't changeable; it's fixed at 3 lbs each. Also, the Velcro can snag clothing if you're not careful. After a few months, the stitching started to fray slightly. For light cardio resistance, they're adequate, but not for serious strength work.
