Our take
I ordered these foam dumbbells expecting something for light resistance, and they are incredibly lightweight—only 1.68 lbs total. The EVA foam is soft to the touch and comfortable to hold, but they don’t provide any real weight training effect. They feel more like toy dumbbells. The mesh bag is convenient for storage. Strangely, they’re labeled as a buoyancy aid, which might make them useful for water aerobics, but I haven’t tried that. For home strength training, these are too light and not durable. Only suitable for very light stretching or possibly pool workouts.
