Our take
I’ve been using this 50 lb hex dumbbell for a few weeks now, and it’s a solid piece of equipment. The rubber encasing gives it a nice feel and protects my floor. The non-slip handle is comfortable even during heavy sets, and the hex shape means it doesn’t roll away. The rust resistance is a plus since my garage gets humid. My only gripe is that this is a single dumbbell, so you’ll need two for symmetrical exercises unless you buy another. Also, at 50 lbs, it’s hefty and may be too heavy for beginners. But for serious lifters, it’s a great addition.
