Our take
I grabbed these 6-pound weights for my daily walking and core routine. They're comfortable thanks to the soft neoprene, and the Velcro straps make them easy to take on and off. The moisture-absorbing fabric is a nice touch for sweaty sessions. However, the 'adjustable weight' claim is misleading—the weight is fixed at 3 lbs per side, so you can't change the resistance. Also, the Velcro started to wear after a few weeks, not holding as tightly. For light cardio and added resistance, they work fine, but don't expect heavy-duty construction.
