Our take
I use these ankle weights for walking and light leg exercises. The neoprene material is comfortable and the Velcro closure holds well. They are adjustable, but the maximum weight of 20 lbs per pair is not achievable as the listing says—the pair I got is 2 lbs total, not per weight. The specs show "2lbs per pair." So the adjustability claim is misleading. They are fine for light use, but if you need heavier weights, look elsewhere. The pink color is nice, but functionality is limited.
