Our take
I picked up these ankle weights for my home cardio sessions. At 4 lbs total for the pair, they add a nice challenge without being overbearing. The neoprene feels soft against the skin, and the breathable fabric actually keeps my ankles from getting too sweaty. The Velcro closure is sturdy and holds well during movement. However, I wish they offered a bit more weight range—once you get stronger, these may feel too light. Also, the adjustable weight feature is limited since you can't remove or add weights beyond what's sealed. For light workouts and walking, they do the job.
