Our take
These weights are comfortable to wear during cardio and leg workouts. The Velcro straps are long enough for most ankles and wrists, and the stitching seems durable. I like that they are adjustable up to 7.5 lbs each. However, the weight distribution is uneven when set to high levels—the bags tend to shift. Also, they are a bit bulky for wrist use. The yellow color is bright. For the price, they are decent for adding resistance to bodyweight exercises. Just don't expect precision weight increments.
