Our take
These green ankle/wrist weights are great for low-impact activities like walking or light core work. At only 3 lbs total, they add just a hint of resistance. The neoprene fabric is quite soft and comfortable against the skin, and the Velcro straps hold well. I appreciate the breathable design—no excessive sweating. However, they’re too light for any serious strength gains. The adjustable feature is limited; you can’t really change the weight without damaging the seams. Good for beginners or rehab, but I outgrew them quickly. Also, the green color is nice but prone to showing dirt.
