Our take
I picked these up for my home cardio sessions. The 5-pound pair is light enough for high-rep moves but still adds some resistance. The neoprene fabric feels soft and doesn't irritate my skin, and the Velcro closure holds tight during jumping jacks. However, the velcro started losing grip after a few uses around the ankle. Also, the weights aren't adjustable in the sense of adding or removing weight—they're fixed at 2.5 lbs each. If you need just a little extra oomph for walking or aerobics, these are fine, but don't expect heavy-duty durability.
